I’m starting off my week of 3 Ingredient dishes with these super simple breakfast cookies!
Now the base for these is just 3 ingredients but you can spice it up by adding blueberries or other fruit.
I make a big batch of these and keep them as an easy to grab snack for Waylen throughout the day.
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- Mash bananas with a fork
- Mix in oats and cinnamon
- Scoop mixture onto a greased or lined cookie sheet
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
