3 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

I’m starting off my week of 3 Ingredient dishes with these super simple breakfast cookies!

Now the base for these is just 3 ingredients but you can spice it up by adding blueberries or other fruit.

I make a big batch of these and keep them as an easy to grab snack for Waylen throughout the day.


  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 t. Cinnamon


  1. Mash bananas with a fork
  2. Mix in oats and cinnamon
  3. Scoop mixture onto a greased or lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
