Waylen loves any type of ground meat formed into a shape. Turkey, chicken, beef, veal, lamb… even meat substitutes like tofu and tempeh. Okay, maybe he just loves all food. Ha. But these Koftas are definitely one of the easiest to make so mama loves them too. Plus who doesn’t love when the kitchen smells like rosemary!
- 1 lb. Lamb
- 1 t Rosemary
- 2 diced Garlic cloves
- Mix all of the ingredients together and then form koftas.
- Heat 1T olive oil in a pan over medium/high and cook koftas 4 minutes per side
- Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil then serve!
