3 Ingredient Protein Waffles

I’m ending off the week of three ingredient meals with an all time favorite for us that is seriously perfect for an easy Sunday Brunch! Waylen loves these and mama loves them even more because they are so easy! I usually double (or triple) the recipe to prep for the week and stash some in the freezer. Honestly they also work great frozen for a teething baby. Here’s what you need:


  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4T nut butter


  1. Mash bananas with a fork
  2. Mix in eggs and nut butter (here I used cashew butter)
  3. Cook in waffle iron

Told you they were easy! You can use any nut butter your family likes. I switch it up between peanut, almond, cashew, and sunflower seed. Waylen loves them all!
